- Who holds the anesthesia permits?
- We do. A professional LLC is licensed in each state we practice in, and the general anesthesia permits are tied to our own licenses and our surgeons' credentials.
- How does billing work?
- The group credentials the oral surgeon with its local insurance plans, so the host office bills under its own tax ID and keeps revenue cycle management.
- How often would a surgeon be on site?
